We made our way up to Berkshire for Pippa and Andy’s wedding at St Paul’s Church near Newbury followed by a reception at Cheam School.
Things kicked off with me heading over to Pippa’s parents for the bridal preps, whilst Ian met the boys over at Browninghill Farm where they were staying for the weekend.
After a church ceremony at the nearby St Paul’s Church, everyone headed over to spend the rest of the day and evening at Cheam School, where Pippa’s parents work. Obviously, being the summer, the kids were off, so there was plenty of space for fun and frolics, both in the marquee and the school itself.
There were so many beautiful details at this wedding, including a superb wedding cake made by bridesmaid and cake maker, Lucy’s Sugar Shack. Things were further helped along by Pippa’s expert eye as a Photo Stylist.
Pippa and Andy looked after us so well. As well as having Pip’s Dad’s office as a base (on our break I pretended I was in Malory Towers), they put together the biggest Tuck Box table for us we’ve ever seen. We have never eaten so many Jaffa Cakes nor drunk so much Coca Cola in such a short amount of time.
Here are some photos from their day…
Can we start by saying we are blown away! My goodness, they are amazing. It’s so fascinating seeing parts we didn’t get to see through the day, We love, love, love them. We knew you would do the most amazing job and are truly thankful. Thank you again guys for giving us all our memories from our amazing day.
