Lynsey’s Portrait Shoot

Lynsey needed some head shots taking as she is interested in bagging some acting roles. Before any meetings with potential agents she was after a set of images to use in her portfolio – something simple with a good range of expression.

To achieve this we needed a simple set up in a studio environment, rather than a location shoot. Lynsey was kind enough to arrange some time for us to spend at Pavilion Dance in Bournemouth. Armed with some of her photo backdrops and the studio’s lovely big windows we spent an hour capturing these.

We took a few shots with different outfits and backgrounds, including a lighter and more casual look, but these images stood out as my favourites.

We should say big thanks to marvellous make-up artist, Emma Bowden for being on hand for Lynsey during the shoot and also for acting as photo assistant holding a reflector.

The best of luck to Lynsey in her acting career!
